How Do I Place An Order?​

It's easy! simply click on the product you would like to order, enter the quantity and follow the online instructions.

Payment options

Individuals may pay by credit card. Healthcare facilities may choose to pay by invoice, but you must contact our office and submit an application and be approved prior to doing so.

Are your products reimbursable?

Some products are reimbursable by Medicare. Please contact our office prior to placing your order to find out if the product you are interested in is eligible for reimbursement.

Secure ordering

Ordering online is secure. We do not keep any of your personal information. You may, however,  choose to have your information stored securely by our shopping cart software to make future ordering easier.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on regular UPS ground shipping rates. We do not ship outside of the contiguous United States. If you are ordering from another country, Alaska or Hawaii, call our office to see if shipping is available to your area.

Returns and refunds

All of our products are guaranteed and can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return any portion of your order, please call our office prior to returning your product to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges on returned product is the responsibility of the party returning the product.
